    • Standard Products: 12–14 business days from the date of dispatch

    • Custom/Bulk Orders: 3–4 weeks, depending on design and volume

    ⛳ We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 business days, depending on availability and order specifications.

  • 💼 Delivery Process

    • Orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners with tracking support.

    • You will receive an order confirmation via email/WhatsApp once your product is dispatched.

    • Deliveries are made during business hours only. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

  • 📦 Packaging & Inspection

 Returns and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if it is unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
